Electronic services are increasingly popular among libraries from Novateca network. The e-Ambassadors of Electronic Governance Centre, previously selected from among the librarians, take care of instructing and acquainting each day the visitors with the eServices advantages and use. Also, the eAmbassadors shared one of their experience on the Internet, on the official blog of „Liviu Rebreanu” library from Chisinau.

„Today we carried out a public lesson about the importance of eGovernance, with the participation of pupils from 12th form. eServices triggered the curiosity of participants in the event and they promised to share the new knowledge with their parents and colleagues. The library represents the bridge between citizens and electronic services”, one of the eAmbassadors from „Liviu Rebreanu” library declares.

„During a seminar I talked about the electronic services to participants: eCivil Office, MPay Government e-payment gateway, MSign, e – Traffic etc. The participants carefully listened when we were talking. We, the eAmbassadors are very proud and glad that the young generation learnt something new and useful for the future. We are grateful to Mrs Lidia Kulikovski for her support and encouragement!”  another eAmbassador declares.

Previously, 18 librarians from Novateca network obtained the eAmbassador title, so they can inform / instruct the citizens, business sector and other librarians on the use of public electronic services. The library the eAmbassadors work in will become a one-stop shop for requesting eServices.
