Vlad is responsible for the execution of the installation and administration of the computing and technical equipment, as well as for the configuration of the internet networks, their monitoring, and the provision of technical support.

He is a graduate of the Centre for Excellence in Economics and Finance and has taken Cisco cybersecurity professionalization courses.
