Vitalie Levinta is responsible for coordinating the process of modernization and digitization of a group of public services offered by the National Social Insurance House within the project "Modernization of Government Public Services".

He gained extensive experience as a technical consultant and project manager for the digitization and implementation of state IT solutions.

Holds an international AGILE certification.
