Lilia Luca works as a chief accountant within the Economic-Financial Service of the Electronic Government Agency since 2019 and is responsible for coordinating the economic-financial activities of the institution, including those within the Project "Modernization of Government Services in Moldova", implemented with the support of the World Bank Group.

He has over 10 years of experience in the field of accounting the private and public sectors.
