Within the Electronic Government Agency, Ion Barbarasa is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the fiduciary provisions regarding procurements, following the provisions of the World Bank.

In his 18 years of professional activity in the field of environmental protection, he has collaborated with the Global Environment Facility through the World Bank, FAO, CIDA, the Czech Development Agency, etc.
