Artur joined the Electronic Governance Agency team, at that time Electronic Governance Center, in September 2011 as an architect of information systems.

Coming from a multinational company, Artur brought his experience as a developer, leader of a development team, a person who interacts with clients and an architect of technical solutions, working with clients from several fields (information security, medical, financial and telecommunications).

Artur's role within the Agency is to monitor the technological developments in order to identify, conceptualize and develop the reusable platform services, so that the sectoral services are developed at minimum costs and provide high quality to the users. Among the platform services implemented with its direct participation are MConnect, MAccess, MLog, MPass, MSign, MPay, etc.

Currently, Artur works as Head of the analysis and design unit, he is involved in the continuous development of the platform services, as well as in their reuse in the digitization process as part of the reform of the government services modernization.
