Andrei Prisacar has over 13 years of experience in public finance, public administration reform and modernization of public services. He has worked in various positions at the Ministry of Finance and the Centre for the Implementation of Reforms. At the e-Governance Agency Andrei holds the position of Head of Economic and Financial Unit and is responsible for managing and coordinating activities relating to smart investments in electronic governance.
