Within the Electronic Government Agency, Alexandru Petrov has the responsibility to coordinate the activities related to ensuring information security.

He has experience in the fields of ICT and IS of more than 10 years working in the public and private service.

He is a graduate of doctoral studies, with the scientific specialty Information Systems, Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. He also holds a master's degree in economics, politics, and engineering.
