
Winners of "Your E-Application Contest" receive their awards [3]
Five non-government organizations won eight thousand dollars in the contest of ideas for applications and applications, "Your e-application", launched by the E-Government Center (EGC). Cash prizes were awarded in the "Ideas" category, financed by the World Bank within the "Small Grants" program. A total of 21 ideas competed in this category. Winners were selected by a professional jury, consisting of 11 persons.
NGOs "Aspro Agro", "CAPTES"," Generation Pro Moldova "," National Environment Center Coseru" and "Camib" will develop applications based on ideas presented until December 31, 2011, in areas such as: Environment, Education, Economy and Construction.
The category "Applications" of "Your e-application" contest remains open until July 1. Currently it includes 17 cases. Application developers can continue sending their ideas to: www.egov.md/concurs [6]

The winners in "Applications" category will receive cash prizes and gifts. The big prize will amount to one thousand dollars.
Through the contest "Your e-application", EGC would like to improve the way people interact with public services and government information. EGC hopes that this work will stimulate entrepreneurship in ICT ecosystem by creating new services designed to generate social and commercial benefits to citizens of the Republic of Moldova.
The contest "Your e-application" is organized with the support of the World Bank, USAID, the National Association of Private Companies in ICT, Endava and Indra companies.
