Niclovova Ira was designated the winner of the cyber security contest "Be informed, be protected", organized by the Center for Electronic Governance. The winner was chosen by random automated selection method.

During the competition period 12/16/2013 - 12/30/2013, 407 participants were registered. The contest was organized in partnership with the e-Governance Academy in Estonia, USAID  and Estonian Development Cooperation and aimed to promote cybersecurity.

The winner is invited to collect the prize at the Center for Electronic Governance, with a valid ID.
