We continue to invest in people and their skills - e-Ambassadors are a good example [3]
Today, April 19, the E-Governance Agency in partnership with the e-Ambassadors network among librarians has organized the training "eAmbassadors among Librarians - supporters of eGovernment".
About 20 librarians from all over the country attended the event, daily they help citizens to access electronic services at the library.
Introducing new improvements to MSign and MPass platforms, explaining new public services that can be paid through MPay service, expanding the number of kindergartens connected to the MPay service to pay for kindergarten fees, how the public services portal (services.gov.md) works, and how we promote e-services at the library - were the key topics of the 4 training sessions.
There are currently 44 e-Ambassadors among librarians who helped more than 20,000 people to access electronic services at the library.
