The Service of Electronic Payments MPay was launched [3]
Today, September 17, 2013, at the Public Library „A. Donici”, from Orhei, was launched the Service of Electronic Payments MPay.
MPay [6] is an informational system that offers the opportunity to opperate online payments for different services.
MPay [6] enables the payment for services through multiple instruments, such as credit cards, payment terminals, e-banking systems and cash payments.
At the first stage, citizens will be able to pay electronically for S.E. "Cadastru"services, for e-criminal record, for S.E. „Registru” services, as well as the fee for procurement of identification means for domestic animals, the cost of basic modular documents issued by the State Tax Service and the cost for obtaining duplicates and extracts of the documents certifying the civil status .
The Governmental Service for Electronic Payments MPay is implemented by the e-Government Center, the Center for Special Telecommunications in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, the National Bank of Moldova , the payment operators (Moldova Agroindbank, Victoribank, Moldindconbank, the Savings Bank, QIWI Moldova) and Q Systems company within the "Government e-Transformation" project of the World Bank .
