
Public servants are trained to use the SIGEDIA platform [3]
Between July 15-18, the Electronic Government Centre, in partnership with the SE the Centre for special telecommunications and the State Chancellery will carry out training sessions for the public clerks within the State Chancellery on the use of the SIGEDIA platform (Document and Central Public Authorities Records Management Information System).
The Document and Central Public Authorities Records Management Information System (SIGEDIA) is one of the key components of the Government without paper initiative, oriented towards the rendering efficient of the central public authorities’ activity and improving the authorities’ digital interaction.
SIGEDIA is implemented based on robust applications used at the international level – ELO Enterprise for the management of documents and works flows component and *Liferay for the portal use. ELO is used by the government and the central and local public administrations in such countries as Romania, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Australia, and Indonesia etc.
*Liferay is a portal intended for drafting business solutions. It includes a content management system (web-content, multimedia documents) and organising the activities of a team (calendar, blogs, forums, messenger).
