The Center for Electronic Governance (CEG) supports the “Let's create better internet together” information campaign which is an European initiative promoting safe and responsible use of online technologies  and mobile devices with Internet access especially by children and young people.

The campaign was launched by marking the SID - Safer Internet Day, an international importance event which is held annually, since 2004, supported at the European level by INSAFE (European Safer Internet Network) and INHOPE (International Association of Internet Hotlines Providers) networks. 

In 2014, the Safer Internet Day shall be celebrated on February 11 through a series of events and activities calling the informational and educational institutions, NGOs, policy makers, general public to get involved, contributing to secure cyberspace and which shall focus on “Let's create better internet together!” theme.

Internet safety is a priority issue within the CEG activities, which, in 2013, for the second consecutive year, organized the „Cyber Security in the Government Month”. More details about the event can be found here.  [6]
