
The e-Transformation Agenda for 2014, discussed at the e-Transformation Coordinators Council meeting [3]
December 5, 2013. The Electronic Government Center (EGC) convened the regular meeting of the e-Transformation Coordinators Council (CeT). The meeting was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Informational Technology and Communications (MITC).
Within the meeting, MITC representatives presented to the e-Transformation Coordinators the "Digital Moldova - 2020" strategy, approved through the Government Decision no. 857 of October 31, 2013. They also presented the digital transformation objectives that will be implemented at the sectorial level.
Within the meeting, the Electronic Government Center presented the Governance e-Transformation priorities for 2014 that will be implemented at the whole government level, but also at the sectorial level, in order to achieve the objectives of the Governance Technological Modernization Strategic Program, approved through the Government Decision no. 710 of September 20, 2011.
CGE invited the e-Transformation Coordinators to the information and training activities planned for December 2013 regarding the technological platform MCloud. CGE also informed the members of the CeT Council on the implementation status of the governmental service for electronic payments MPay, the e-Registers and e-Authorizations government platforms, but also the interoperability governmental platform. The CeT Council members discussed the organization frame and approved the Council’s activity agenda for 2014.
The CeT Council meeting of September 28, 2013 was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and the State Chancellery and was focused on presenting the draft program for reforming public services and e-Justice projects. CGE will continue to conduct CeT Council meetings in collaboration with APC authorities in order to present and promote the e-transformation sectorial efforts, but also in order to ensure a better understanding and synchronization of the Government e-Transformation.
