e-Ambassadors among librarians will continue to promote electronic services in libraries with the E-Governance Agency support [3]
As of today, the E-Governance Agency will have the right to coordinate the network of e-Ambassadors among librarians. In this respect, the Novateca Program, which previously held this role, officially conferred it today to the E-Governance Agency.
E-Governance Agency, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research and the Novateca Program signed a Memorandum of Understanding in this respect.
The event was organized to highlight the role and success of e-Ambassadors in promoting and facilitating citizens' access to e-services, as well as jointly setting the next steps to ensure the sustainability of the e-Ambassadors initiative.
There are currently 43 e-Ambassadors among librarians who helped more than 15,000 people to access e-services at library.
