Slogan: “Innovative applications for good governance”

[6] The Government of the Republic of Moldova within the GOVERNMENT e-TRANSFORMATION programme launches the website inovatii.gov.md.

The platform hosts the competition INNOVATIONS IN GOVERNANCE 2012. The competition rules, criteria for selecting participants are published and examples of projects are presented on the website.

The competition is addressed to public institutions as well as to officials who through the creative use of modern technologies contribute to improving public services and to preventing corruption thus encouraging a participatory democracy.

The projects included in the competition should describe the successful use of an innovative software application, already in use, which is used by the Web, computer or a mobile device.
