Tatiana Sincovschi, Project Manager at the e-Governance Agency (EGA) participated today, 23 September 2021, in the webinar on building the skills in accessing services using online platforms, organized by USAID, My Community Program. The event brought together about 30 participants - librarians and employees of local public administration authorities in the Southern region of Moldova.

The EGA’s expert provided extensive information on the diversity and functionality of electronic public services, including Government e-Payment Service MPay, Registry of authorizations based on electronic signature MPower, Citizen’s Government Portal MCabinet and the updated version of the Public Services Portal. The presentation also included practical demonstrations on how to remotely access a service out of the approximately 230 available e-services.

The EGA’s expert also talked about the pilot project - Unified Centres for Public Service Delivery (CUPS), the mission of which is to facilitate the access of people living in rural areas and the diaspora to electronic public services.

Today's event is part of the series of webinars organized by the My Community Program in partnership with the e-Governance Agency and aims at informing representatives of local public authorities and citizens about the diversity of using e-services and thus contributing to digital awareness of the population.
